The increasing importance of environmental issues in recent years has prompted carriers to seek environmentally sound solutions for transportation. Transfennica is committed to reduce emissions with its modern fleet in order to meet the high environmental standards set in the future.
An environmentally friendly approach is to a great extent based on efficient use of resources. By adjusting quantities with capacity, by giving special emphasis on fuel economy and by bringing the goods as close to the customer as possible, maritime transportation is made efficient minimizing its environmental impact.
