Amendments in Transfennica Ltd's Standard Conditions of Carriage w.e.f 22.2.2022

We hereby inform you that Transfennica Ltd's Standard Conditions of Carriage have been amended per 22.2.2022 and will replace the previous version with immediate effect.

The amendments include a change of District Court in clause 4 and in two additional clauses "Sanctions" (cl 25) and "Government Directions" (cl 26).
